Pacific Hut has gone a long way since then. Presently, we are located at 3223 17th Avenue S.E. in Calgary serving the craving for fine authentic Filipino foods that appealed not only to Filipinos but to other cultures as well. In general, our cuisine goes hand in hand with Philippine Culture and History. Our food served is a reflection of the different mixtures of influences: Malay-Polynesian, Spanish, Chinese, Indian and American. The diversity and richness of Filipino cuisine is revealed in the celebration of local festivities or fiesta. Be it in Luzon, Visayas or Mindanao these foods enjoy immense popularities; lumpia or spring rolls served fresh or fried, lechon, sisig or dinakdakan, pinakbet, laing, adobo, leche flan, halo-halo and a lot more. Hence, enjoying our food will always take you through Philippine history and ethnic diversity.
